Review Movement History and incidents regarding body structure. Assessment/Body Reading; Focus on presenting concern, contributing tension to gait, movement and stress patterns. Techniques utilized: Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Release, Cranial Sacral Therapy.

I just came from an amazingly attentive session with Randi. I have been experiencing chronic neck pain for over six months and I definitely felt relief and shifts in my body from just the first session. Her work is subtle, yet profound and I'm curious to see how I feel in the next couple of days.
